for UK & Ireland

Kobelco SK55SRX-6 mini-excavator brochure

This technology was first seen on the recently introduced SR class of Kobelco construction machines, and delivers improved dust filtration combined with better engine cooling. It also reduces engine noise to a new level, making the SK55SRX perfect for urban work.

The SK55SRX-6, with an operating weight of 5,020 kg (with cab) is the largest model in the family of 8 models. The smallest in the range has an operating weight of 1,650 kg (no cab).

The demand within Europe for an excavator in this class is significant as it will appeal to all sectors - construction, builders, landscapers, plant hire and utility companies.

Kobelco’s iNDr technology has been proven on larger machines and is a first in this class.      The mini-excavator is powered by the latest specification Yanmar 2.189 cc diesel engine and is exceptionally fuel efficient, even when delivering maximum levels of power and torque (28.3 kW/131 Nm).

Kobelco’s iNDr technology has been proven on larger machines and is a first in this class.

Kobelco say that a 23% fuel saving (over previous model in class) can be obtained with the machine in energy saving ‘S-mode’
