New generation of Kramer wheel loaders
Kramer is to drop ‘allwheel’ from its brand name as part of a new marketing strategy to be introduced from March 2015 when a new series of wheel loaders will be available.
They are also simplifying the product nomenclature for easier recognition by customers. The Economy range will be the 5 series, and the premium range the 9 series. For example, 8095T now stands for a product of the 8 Series, i.e. Premium, with a bucket capacity of 0.95 m³ the T stands for tele wheel loader.
The new 5 Series wheel loader generation
The new wheel loader models of the 5 Series comprises four models - 5075, 5085, 5085T and 5095 - with bucket sizes from 0.75 to 0.95 m³ have been completely redesigned from the cab to the engine and the powertrain.
The central component of the larger models 5085T and 5095 is a charge air-cooled 4-cylinder turbo engine with 55 kW (75 hp). The result is an increase in the torque by up to 17% for high productivity.
The new engines are more efficient in operation, and a maintenance-free diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) means that there is no downtime.
For more versatility, the largest wheel loader 5095 can be fitted with the Volvo TPV quick change plate. The company has said that quick-change plates for some other models will be available with skid steer loader standard (SSL quick change plate) with Fasterblock and 14-pin plug receptacles.
