First 6 Tonnes Takeuchi Now
+ Wheeled Excavator
The new 6 tonne Takeuchi has finally hit the UK
shores. The first customer TB260 customer was Dean
Constructions & Groundworks of York.
The addition of an extra tonne in operating capacity

cant for a machine in this class. The compact nature of the machine gives it the versatility
to access and operate in very restricted areas. The footprint is just 2000 x 2573 mm with
a 1,300 mm rear end radius.
An isolated cab minimises vibrations to the operator and a sliding suspended seat,
10-way adjustable headrest and ergonomically positioned hand and foot controls make
for a comfortable operating environment.
New Wheeled Excavator
Takeuchi also recently launch a new 9.5
tonne wheeled loader for the UK & Eire.
The TB295W replaces the TB175W with an
extra 2 tonne weight capacity.
Featuring interim Tier 4 engine, heavy
duty dozer, a powerful 4 dual-wheel alter-
native to conventional tracked excavators
with max dig depth of 4,115 mm and dump
height of 8,400 mm.
With an operating weight is 9,387 kg, the
new wheeled loader is designed and built for
motorways, roads and street works applica-
tions, the road legal vehicle, when licensed
for the road has a maximum on road speed of 29.2 km/h.
There is an out-rigger options for added stability and two piece boom is also available.
Depending on configuration, maximum dig depth is 3,895 mm; 4615 mm dump height;
3695 mm ground reach and an engine rated at 70.6 kW.
